Firefighters removed a male from a Chevrolet Corvette after a driver lost control of the car and it crashed into a tree in southwest Houston.

Officers and firefighters arrived at around 1 a.m. Saturday to the intersection of South Gessner Road and Beverly Hill Street where the Corvette skidded into a median before the passenger side of the car crashed into the tree.

Two males were taken to Memorial Hermann Southwest Hospital in fair condition.
