HOUSTON (FOX 26) - William Jackson is the latest Houston Cougar to receive attention for his accomplishments on the field.
The cornerback made a number of plays during Saturday's 59-14 win over Texas State. Jackson returned an interception 35 yards for a touchdown in the first half. He also recovered a fumble in the first quarter.
"William's a tremendous player," Tom Herman said on Monday. "The kind of next-level recognition that he's getting, I think, is merited."
