Texans center Greg Mancz remembers his father

HOUSTON - Texans second-year center Greg Mancz, the first offensive lineman to be named the best player in the Mid-American Conference, knows a thing or two about dealing with adversity.

In the NFL, there's nothing tougher than making a roster as an undrafted rookie free agent. 

Mancz signed with the Texans in May of 2015 out of Toledo.

In life there's nothing tougher than for an 11-year old to lose his father.

Greg will never forget the night his dad was rushed to the hospital and passed away at the age of 53.
