Iced-out constable's collaboration

- What it do, baby? Not one to avoid a challenge, Harris County Precinct 1 Constable Alan Rosen jumped on the law enforcement patrol car lip sync performance trend, but he didn't hesitate to enlist some Houston hip-hop help.

Constable Rosen was among the latest law enforcement officers to take part in the #lipsyncchallenge. He even threw down the gauntlet against Houston Police Department Chief Art Acevedo and Webb County Sheriff Martin Cuellar.

In the video posted on Twitter, Constable Rosen begins by lip synching to "I Like It" by Cardi B, but is then joined by Houston rapper Paul Wall who lip synched his verse from the 2005 Nelly song "Grillz."
