Two teen suspects arrested in fatal shooting of 16-year-old robbery suspect
HOUSTON (FOX 26) - Police say two 15-year-old suspects have been arrested in the deadly shooting of a 16-year-old robbery suspect.
According to the Houston Police Department, a 15-year-old suspect was arrested today without incident and another 15-year-old suspect was arrested on Wednesday.
Both suspects were referred to Harris County Juvenile Probation authorities on charges of murder and aggravated robbery.
Police say three juveniles attempted to rob a 23-year-old man on Sunday night. During the robbery attempt, police say the 16-year-old suspect was shot and the man was assaulted.
Officers responding to a call about a shooting found the teen with a gunshot wound in the middle of the street. He was pronounced deceased at the hospital.
