-             Deputies in Beasley say a man barricaded himself, his girlfriend and her child in the home. This is happening on Grunwald road off of 59. Authorities have been there since early Tuesday morning.


A man is in the hospital with a gun-shot wound to the shoulder after police say his neighbor shot him. Last night, officers say the neighbors were arguing when one shot the other on park place in southeast Houston. The shooter was taken into custody.

No word yet on whether he will face charges.


Firefighters returning to their station in southwest Houston followed smoke until they found an unreported fire. The burning home on South Boulevard and hazard was vacant. The whole house is a total loss and nearly burned to the ground. 

No one was hurt and the cause of the fire is not known.


Widespread condemnation around the world for Donald Trump's all Muslims from entering the U.S. .But the republican presidential candidate is growing in popularity.

An overwhelming majority of his supporters say they would vote for him if he left G.O.P and ran as an independent. Only 18% of those polled in a new "USA Today-Suffolk University" poll say they would not vote for trump if he ran as an independent rather than a republican.
