Police say a man found the baby near bathtub last night on heath at Spottswood in northeast Houston. It’s not clear how the child died. Investigators say there was no sign of trauma to the baby. As of right now, no arrest have been made.

Cleveland police are looking for suspects captured on gas station video.  Police say they killed a clerk last night at an Exxon gas station. He was able to hit the panic button, but by the time police arrived he was on the floor. The clerk died at the hospital. The three men ran into nearby woods and got away.

The husband and wife who killed 14 people at a holiday luncheon in San Bernardino, California have been buried. The bodies of Syed Farook and Tashfeen Malik were released to family members. The couple was buried Tuesday afternoon. The two were killed in a shootout with police hours after the December second attack.

 

Another politician is in trouble for using personal email for government business. The pentagon says in the first months on the job. Defense secretary ash carter used a personal email account to do some of his government business. Hillary Clinton came under criticism for using her personal email account as secretary of state.
