Three of four suspected robbers are in custody after police say they robbed a Denny’s before taking officers on a chase near the heights.

            Around 2 a.m. police say four armed men robbed the restaurant off of TC Jester.

            Officers chased the men until they crashed at t-c jester and Little York.

            Three of the men were arrested. No one was hurt.

 

Millionaire real estate heir Robert Durst is facing a 100-million dollar lawsuit from the family of his missing wife. The mother of Kathleen durst and three of her sisters filed the lawsuit in New York. The suit contends Robert Durst murdered Kathleen.

            She disappeared in 1982, but her body has never been found

 

A man is dead after an officer-involved shooting in Atlanta.

            Police attempted to stop a wrong-way driver who hit a bus before crashing into a pole.

            One of the men in the vehicle took off running behind a motel where he exchanged gunfire with officers. The man was shot and killed. Three officers were involved in the shooting. They were not hurt.

 

Today, a federal court judge is set to hear arguments on Boston marathon bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev's request for a new trial. The 22-year-old's defense team said in a motion, filed in august, that because of widespread outrage in Boston after the 2013 attack, Tsarnaev should be retried outside the city.
