HOUSTON (FOX 26) - Deputies are trying to determine if alcohol was a factor in a deadly motorcycle crash in north Harris County. Last night, the motorcyclist hit a curb, and lost control along the feeder road of the north freeway near booker. He was thrown from his cycle and died at the scene.

Authorities say a person of interest in the non-fatal shooting of an Austin judge is expected to appear in court here in Houston for an un-related murder.

            28-year-old Chimene Onyeri was charged Tuesday in the Houston killing and is being held in jail.

A grand jury has returned organized crime indictments on 106 of the 177 bikers who were arrested in last may's shooting outside a twin peaks restaurant in Waco.

The district attorney says more charges may be coming. Nine people died and twenty were injured during the confrontation between two motorcycle groups.

Investigators believe no one on the ground was killed, but they say nine people were on a small business jet that crashed Tuesday into an apartment building in Akron, Ohio.
