Millionaire Robert Durst is expected to enter a plea on a weapons charge in Louisiana next month. He was arrested last year for carrying a gun which he's not allowed to do because he's a convicted felon. Once the gun case is resolved, Durst will be extradited to California where he faces a murder charge in the 2000 murder of his friend, Susan Berman.

In Milwaukee, this man is facing federal charges for allegedly plotting to shoot up a Masonic temple.

Police arrested Samy Mohamed Hamzeh after he bought two machine guns from undercover agents. The FBI said he was originally planning to travel to Israel to attack soldiers and citizens but gave up that plan. Instead, he turned his focus to killing innocent people at the Masonic temple. He reportedly told an undercover agent that the attack was meant to defend the Muslim faith.

Police are now offering 200 thousand dollars for information leading to the arrest of three escaped inmates in California. Authorities increased the reward from $50,000 after a three-day search has given them no new leads. The men made a daring escape from an Orange County, California jail last Friday by cutting through half-inch steel bars, and climbing onto a roof to rappel down four stories to freedom.
