- Breaking news out of north Harris county. Police have found a teenager, dead, inside the back of a car. The woman was discovered outside a Whataburger restaurant along Airtex and I-45. It appears the victim was shot, though it's not clear if it happened at that location. Two men have been taken downtown to be questioned by detectives.

Conroe police are asking for your help finding a missing person. Police say 26-year-old Andrew Zinn is disabled. He was last seen at the Walmart off I-45 and Texas route 336 in Conroe. Officials say he is disabled and needs medicine immediately. If you've seen Zinn, call Conroe police.

Harris county commissioner El Franco Lee had died at age 66. Lee suffered a heart attack on Sunday. He was first elected to represent precinct one in 1985 becoming the first African American commissioner on the court.

President Obama will meet today with Attorney General Loretta Lynch to discuss the steps he could take to reduce gun violence. The president is expected to use executive action to toughen background checks. Republicans are likely to oppose any moves from the White House.

Armed militia members are now in a fourth day of their occupation of a government building at a national wildlife refuge in Oregon. They are protesting in support of two ranchers, who were arrested for illegally setting fires on u-s bureau of land management property. Federal prosecutors say the fire was a cover up of poaching.
