President Donald Trump hasn’t budged on changing his policy separating parents from their children who enter the country illegally.
While there was a closed door meeting with Republicans in Washington D.C. today, there is still no immediate solution for the children as we go on with our daily lives.
In the meantime, Houston Mayor Sylvester Turner has taken a stance against creating a shelter or resident facility for immigrant children on Emancipation Avenue in Houston. He believes the children should not be taken from their parents in the first place.
