No charges will be filed by the State of Louisiana against two white officers in the fatal shooting of a black man.
The Louisiana Attorney General ruled out criminal charges against officer Blane Salamoni who shot and killed Alton Sterling outside a Baton Rouge convenience store where the 37-year-old was selling CDs.
Officer Howie Lake helped to wrestle Sterling to the ground during the struggle that took place in 2016.
Sterling had a gun in his front pocket.
His family is calling the decision biased and say they are disappointed the two officers will not face criminal charges.
