Man convicted of stalking ex-girlfriend

- It was in federal court in Houston where women learned 44-year-old Heriberto Latigo is not the man they ever, ever, ever to want date.

He was convicted for systematically harassing and mentally torturing his former girlfriend. He used the internet to terrorize his ex so bad that she tried to take her own life and aborted a child they were going to have together.

How bad was it? Latigo posted nude photos of his ex online and sent it to coworkers and family members, and he even created a Facebook page to pretend to be the aborted fetus of his ex-girlfriend. Prosecutors say he used threats and blackmail to force the victim to do things.

Latigo who was convicted and faces five years in prison will be sentenced in January.
