HPD: No evidence teen was kidnapped by white supremacists

Houston police say there is no evidence to support a 13-year-old's claim that he was abducted from his bus stop by a group of white supremacists last month.

It was a story that made national news. According to HPD, Zavion Parker told officers five teenaged boys forced him inside a car and drove him to a property and beat him— because he was black. Parker even said a white male driver had a tattoo that read "I hate black people." He said he saw a body or bodies in the house where he was taken.

What kind of damage will this do for the real young victims out there?  On the Factor to discuss this is Tim Miller of Equusearch and journalist and author Reshonda Tate.
