The New York Supreme Court had to step in and tell a 30-year-old man to move out of his parents' house.
This story started back in February with the man’s parents gave their grown son a written notice he had to vacate, after three decades under their care. He refused, so his parents lawyered up. They say he doesn't pay rent or do chores.
A judge sided with the parents and ordered the son to move out. He says he plans to appeal.
