"There's been many organizations and folks out there who gave me a second chance after my incarceration, and I put in the work," Chef Jeff says. "You know, my focus here at Blacks in Criminal Justice Association is to talk about hope and training and programs that help men and women become better version of themselves and be productive people in society once they're released."
