It’s time for Crazy Ass Prison sentences coming straight out of Montgomery County.
Ask Jeffery Michael McDonough. If he died today and was born again tomorrow, he would have to go back to prison. The child molester was convicted in August for sexually assaulting a 12-year-old girl. The jury sucker punched him with two guilty verdicts and two life sentences.
Dustin Harding also learned the hard way, you don't play with jurors in Montgomery County. He was convicted of molesting a little girl at the age of six and 12 and the jury slapped him with a 75 year prison sentence.
Cameron Young was sentenced to 60 years in prison. This is after he strangled his girlfriend who was four months pregnant at the time. This is while, according to investigators, he sat on her stomach and said, “there's not going to be no baby.” He then drove her to the woods where he pulled out a tire iron and asked her for her last words. She began to pray and then the fool finally stopped.
Montgomery County is tough on crime. The juries there do not play. When they throw the book, they throw the book. On the Factor to talk about these tough sentences is Monica Cooper, who is an assistant district attorney in Montgomery County.
