ABC cancels 'Roseanne' following star's racist tweet

Almost as soon as Roseanne made her triumphant return to network television with a reboot of her classic sitcom, the plug has been pulled.

Roseanne Barr's show has been canceled by ABC, and she's been dropped by her agent.

It's after the show's star tweeted racist remarks about a former advisor to president Barack Obama. Barr referred to Valerie Jarrett as a product of the Muslim brotherhood and the Planet of the Apes.

Barr is a big Trump supporter and tried to apologize, but it was too late. The president of ABC Network canceled her hit show—calling Barr’s tweet abhorrent, repugnant and inconsistent with our values.

On the Factor to talk about this is Mohammad Mia with the Houston Press and Misty Starks, a public relations expert.
