Texas DPS agent shoots suspect at reported robbery site

HOUSTON (FOX 26) - Police confirm that a Texas Department of Public Safety special agent shot a suspect at a northwest Houston Wing Stop location where a robbery was under investigation. That suspect died and two others were apprehended.

Officers and troopers arrived to the restaurant on the Northwest Freeway near Fairbanks North Houston Road at around 9:32 p.m. Friday.
