Texas City police stand off with suicidal man ends without incident
TEXAS CITY, Texas (FOX 26) - Texas City police negotiated with a man threatening suicide at an apartment complex for several hours before they finally got him out without incident.
The stand off happened at the Mansions at Moses Lake in the 2200 block of 34th Street North in Texas City.
The situation began around 2:30 p.m. and ended shortly before 9 p.m.
