Teens involved in a deadly crash that killed youngest brother on Highway 249

Houston police say a joyride involving two teen brothers has killed a 15-year-old teen. At 10:30 pm last night, an 18-year-old boy was speeding with his 15-year-old brother in the passenger side of his car along Highway 249. Witnesses say the teen lost control -- slammed into a metal guardrail, cutting off the entire passenger side, near north beltway 8.  Tragically, the 15-year-year old died at the scene. The 18-yr-old was not hurt, as he was treated for minor bumps and bruises.  According to Harris County, he was not intoxicated or impaired in any way.

Another crash happened moments later as cars were slowing down near the crash. There were no other injuries.
