Surveillance cameras capture home invasion in Jacinto City

- They were inside the house and on the residents before they knew what was happening. They had one victim by the hair and put a gun to her head before she could react. She asked us not to use her name.

"In that moment I didn't have anything going through my mind. It was just like everything blacked out and at that moment i was just scared," she said.

It was last around 4 p.m. last Tuesday. All five family members were home when the men stormed in. They all wore hoodies. They all carried guns.

"You could tell these guys meant business. They were serious business. They went in like they were trained to do this. This had been practiced and we need to get them off the streets quickly before they hurt somebody," said Lt. Dennis Walker with the Jacinto City Police Department.

He says they swung buy the house several times first, in both a silver car and a black car, before they struck. They stole electronics and jewelry. They also made off with a duffel bag that they didn't have when they arrived.  Police say it's rare to have footage this good of criminals in the act. so they want you to study it carefully and see if you recognize anybody. While you study the images, our victims are trying to forget them.

"Right now I'm scared because today's a week ago when it happened. I'm scared they will be back today the same hour and everything,” said the victim with her voice quavering.
