Reward up to $5K for info leading to arrest of fugitive

Crime Stoppers and Texas Southern University's Police need the public's assistance locating Fugitive Darios T. Crayton-Scott on an open warrant for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon - Serious Bodily Injury.

On Tuesday, October 6, 2015, Fugitive Crayton-Scott attended an event on the campus of Texas Southern University and saw the complainant, a former acquaintance. Fugitive Crayton-Scott approached the complainant and brandished a black and silver semi-automatic handgun. Fugitive Crayton-Scott then discharged the firearm twice, striking the complainant both times. The complainant was transported to an area hospital for treatment and is now in stable condition.

Fugitive Crayton-Scott was charged with Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon causing serious bodily injury. He is believed to be armed and dangerous and should be approached with caution.

Fugitive Crayton-Scott is a black male, 19 years old, approximately 5'11-6'0, 160 lbs., slim build, brown eyes and short black dreadlocks with blonde tips. He is believed to be driving or riding in a black 4-door Nissan Sentra. Fugitive Crayton-Scott is also believed to be accompanied by a black female, 22-23 years old, 5'4, 130 lbs., brown eyes and black hair.
