Probation for teacher charged with invasive improper photography
KATY, Texas (FOX 26) - A former Katy ISD teacher charged with invasive improper photography was given 10 years probation today.
Prosecutors say Clarence Appleby used a video camera to record a 17-year-old student changing clothes. The girl says she found the camera and the teacher later played her the recording on a computer.
Appleby took a deferred adjudication of guilt. He could have faced up to two years in prison.
