Police officer receives minor injuries after crash in northeast Houston
A Houston police officer was injured tonight after her patrol unit was involved in a crash.
Police say the until was heading to a call with lights and sirens on around 7:45 p.m. when another vehicle struck the car at the intersection of Homestead and Tidwell.
An officer in the passenger seat suffered minor injuries and went to Memorial Hermann to be checked out.
Police say the other driver is cooperating with the investigation.
