Roy Mullinax, a former Airman and World War II veteran, was recognized for his years of service earlier this month.
At the request of his family, Mullinax, 87, was formally presented with a veteran's pin by Airmen from the 22nd Air Refueling Wing Honor Guard during a special ceremony on Dec. 8 in Newton, Kansas.
