One dead following drive-by shooting in SW Houston

HOUSTON - The Houston Police Department is investigating a fatal drive-by shooting in southwest Houston.

Around 8 p.m., police were called to an apartment complex located in the 5700 block of Rampart near Glenmont.

One person has been pronounced dead at the scene.

HPD Homicide is investigating.
