MISSING: 87-year-old Korean War veteran last seen Friday found {Update}

Bobby Kristensen was found safe in his vehicle in Fulshear at about 6:40 a.m. today. EMS responded and he was determined to be in good shape

A 87-year-old man has been reported missing in the Katy area.

Fort Bend County Sheriff's deputies need your help in finding Bob Kristensen.

He was last seen Friday around 11 a.m. at the Highland Knolls Salon located off Highland Knolls at Mason Road. He was wearing a blue button-down shirt, glasses, and was using his cane.

Kristensen stands about 5'6", walks with a slight stoop and has light blue eyes.

He was driving a black 2008 Lincoln MKX with Texas plates: 09VRV7.

Kristensen's grandson says he does not have any signs of mental illness.

He is a highly-decorated Korean War veteran, who graduated from Rice University.

Kristensen is also a known retired Methodist minister.
