Miller Career & Technology Center giving more of its students taste of ‘real life'

KATY, Texas (FOX 26) — The Katy Independent School District Miller Career & Technology Center is providing more of its students a taste of real life.

Automotive technology students are now providing services for vehicles in need of repairs. Katy ISD has posted a fee schedule on its career center website for a variety of services that range from oil changes to automatic transmission service. The fees are for labor only. Customers are responsible for providing all the necessary parts and materials.

The Miller Career & Technology Center provides specialized career and technical education programs, for students, along with work-based learning opportunities.
