Man on a unicorn rescues a baby goose

West Des Moines, Iowa (Storyful) - A young goose has a family in West Des Moines, Iowa, to thank after they spotted the animal being attacked by a snapping turtle.

Cary Coppola shared the footage on his Twitter page of the gosling struggling in the water. Coppola can be seen floating out on the water, attempting to save the baby goose when he realizes something has ahold of it. He used a novelty pool float shaped as a unicorn to get across the pond.

“Driving by a random pond, my family found a struggling gosling. Turns out it was in the jaws of a huge snapping turtle,” he tweeted. Coppola manages to free the gosling who gets back on its feet and joins its family.
