Man arrested in exposure, groping cases in northwest Harris County

A 23-year-old man has been arrested for allegedly groping and exposing himself to a teen and a female employee in northwest Harris County.

Jeremy Devon Hollins, 23, is charged with indecency with a child/exposure, a third degree felony.

On January 20, a 16-year-old girl who was walking her dog reported an unknown man grabbed her and slapped her buttocks two times before exposing himself to her. Deputies say she was able to break free and flee the scene.

On January 23, deputies received a report of a man who entered a business in the 7700 block of Cherry Park Drive and assaulted a female employee by groping her several times behind the business counter. Deputies say the male claimed his name was "Devon".

On June 13, deputies received responded to a report of a suspicious person call at the same business where the January 23 incident occurred. Police say Hollins had entered the same business as before and was harassing the female employees there. The deputy issued a criminal trespass warning.

Harris County deputies say the girl from the first incident was able to identify Hollins in a photo lineup as the man who groped her and exposed himself.

Hollins was arrested.  Deputies say additional charges are expected, as investigators are presenting their finding in other related cases to the Harris County District Attorney’s Office.
