HUMBLE, Texas (FOX 26) - Keemo and Hoda Fell were attending a Fourth of July barbeque at Hoda's parents’ home in Humble, when things to a dark turn.
“We see this white Ford come up and block us out of the driveway,” Keemo Fell said.
“They were approached by a fellow with a drawn gun demanding that Keemo get out of the car,” said attorney Michael Fleming.
“We see this happen in movies We don’t actually see it happen to us,” said Hoda Fell.
Fleming says commissioned security officers Demethrius Lister and Autry Haygood Jr. with T Force Private Security Services on Cypress Creek Parkway refused to say who they were or why they were there.
“And the law requires bounty hunters to identify themselves and tell them what they’re doing,”’ Fleming said.
“At this point I’m thinking this is some random guy trying to rob me,” Fell said.
The security officers were there to arrest Fell, but Fleming says they had no warrant.
“Keemo had a misdemeanor case earlier in the year that had been resolved,” said Fleming. “There was no warrant out for him.”
“I kept thinking someone is going to die in this situation,” Hoda Fell said.
The melee captured on tape shows family members getting pepper sprayed.
“You just pepper sprayed my mon,” someone is heard yelling on the video.
“My mother-in-law is on the bground passed out,” Keemo Fell said.
“My wife is dying out here,” Fell’s father-in-law is heard screaming on the video.
“They beat them pepper sprayed them had loaded what appeared to be cocked weapons pointed at their heads,” said Fleming.
“He kept saying I’ll shoot you I’ll shoot you,” Hoda Fell said.
“They struck my father in law in his rib cage fracturing his rib cage,” Keemo Fell said.
“They were completely out of control,” said Fleming. “They were dressed like police officers.”
“And the question is this,” said Keemo Fell. “Is this how they handle business with everyone?”
Precinct four deputy constables were called to the scene.
The D.A.’S office is now deciding if criminal charges should be filed against the two security officers.
We asked T force Private Security Services for a comment about the lawsuit and the tape.
So far we’ve heard nothing back from the company.
