LL Cool J gets star on walk of fame

Grammy winning rapper and actor,  LL Cool J. now has his own star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

The New York native earned the star after working for more than three decades in the  TV, music and film industry.

Sean "P Diddy" Combs and Queen Latifah were among those on hand for Thursday's ceremony.

 In case you didn’t know the entertainer's real name is James Todd Smith. He adopted the name,  LL Cool J, which stands for ladies love cool James, at the start of his rap career.
