Lawsuit alleges Houston KFC manager sexaully assaulted teen employee
HOUSTON (FOX 26) - A group of Houston attorneys have filed a lawsuit against KFC alleging sexual assault of a former teen employee.
That suit alleges the general manager of a Houston KFC had sex up to 50 times with a 16-year-old female employee.
The filing claims that manager took the teenager to a hotel and even had sex with her in a dumpster outside of KFC.
Kentucky Friend Chicken issued a statement to Fox 26 saying that manager hasn't worked for the company in a year.
The company says while their priority is to keep employees safe, they can not comment on pending litigation.
The alleged victim, now 19 years old, has filed a criminal complaint against the manager with the Houston Police department.
