Comedian Katt Williams, whose arrests have landed him in front of several judges the past month, may need to make another judicial appearance, and this case has occult overtones.

TMZ.com reported that Jamila Majesty filed a lawsuit against Williams claiming she was brutally beaten after she used Williams' bathroom. Majesty’s suit claims she was visiting Williams at his Malibu, California home when the incident happened. She said five other women were already there.

The lawsuit alleges the women beat Majesty for hours and Williams put out a cigarette on her face. She claims while this was going on, one of the women was reading for a book of spells causing “unusual things” to happen.

The lawsuit is for assault and battery, false imprisonment and emotional distress.
