A Florida woman battled against a major airline and won after she said she was physically dropped.
Attorneys who represent Erica Fulton from St. Petersburg, Fla., said she was being helped by employees at United Airlines and its contractor Airserv when employees dropped her as she was boarding a flight during a layover in Houston.
Fulton, who is confined to a wheelchair because of a degenerative spinal disease, sued the carrier and its contractor. A jury awarded her $3.8 million.
Fulton, joined by her attorney Sean Roberts and Anjali Sharma, discusses the case with Isiah Carey.
