He gained notoriety as a face behind the Me Too movement after suing Harvey Weinstein. Now New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman has resigned after four women have accused him of physical abuse.
In a report in New Yorker Magazine, Schneiderman is accused of hitting and choking women without their consent and calling them names during sex.
Schneiderman denies the allegations, saying he only engaged in consensual sex and role playing.
