A Dallas family is in mourning and angry after losing their loved one to a plastic surgery procedure in Mexico.
Laura Avila, 36, went to Mexico to have plastic surgery earlier this month and came back on life support. Family members say Avila went to a group of doctors in Juarez for a nose job when things went wrong. Avila’s sister says the doctor incorrectly injected her spine in the wrong place with anesthesia. Eventually, Avila died.
