The legal team for Colin Kaepernick is now looking into federal subpoenas in order to get President Trump and Vice President Mike Pence to testify in his collusion case.
Kaepernick's attorneys want to find out what President Trump said in discussions with NFL owners about Kaepernick.
He was the first NFL player not to stand for the national anthem. The quarterback hasn't played for a team since he left the 49ers last year.
This lawsuit against the NFL claims the owners colluded by not signing him to a contract.
