Is cheap gas here to stay?

Houston (FOX 26) - Want to fill up your gas tank for less than $2 dollars a gallon for an entire year? Sounds like a contest prize but, it’s actually the government's prediction for 2016. The U.S Energy Information Administration says regular gasoline will average $1.98 a gallon nationwide this year. Crude oil prices have collapsed by 70% since mid-2014. Drivers haven't seen prices hit a low like this 12 years!
