Impulsive buying

HOUSTON (FOX 26) - Ever gone into a store and walked out with something you hadn't planned on buying?
We're often hit with impulse buying.  But how often might surprise you.  

A Creditcard.com survey shows the following:

84% of us said we have make impulse purchases.  
Most of us make those impulse purchases inside a store.
13% make them on a computer
Only 6% make them on a mobile phone.

How much do we spend?
63% of us spent more than $100.
But a third of those who make more than $75,000 a year impulse buy at $1,000 or more.

Who do we make those impulsive purchases for?
Most of us buy for ourselves!
