HPD officials are releasing new details about their investigation into a fatal f-b-i agent-involved shooting in January. Authorities now say the FBI agent's story doesn't match up with their findings. HPD completed the investigation in April.
Last January, investigators say Ulises Valladares, 47 was kidnapped in Conroe and taken to a home on Elbert street in Northeast Houston. Detectives said that Valladares was shot and killed January 25 by an FBI agent when authorities surrounded the home. During a press conference Wednesday, Acevedo commented that HPD's investigation of the shooting doesn't match what the agent said occurred.
