HOUSTON, TX - HPD officials say that an HPD officer has been exposed to an unknown narcotic while he was collecting evidence from a hotel room at 9090 SW Freeway. The Midwest Patrol officer was on the scene at 7 a.m. at the southwest Houston hotel. Other officers reportedly had to administer Narcan to the officer, and then the officer was transported to the hospital. The officer is listed in good condition.
