Houston Rockets star James Harden is GQ's May cover
HOUSTON, TX - Houston Rockets MVP contender James Harden is not just a star on the court--he's now also gracing GQ's May 2018 cover. In his one-on-one with GQ, Harden revealed what makes him at the top of his game on the court. "The more you work, the more you figure out how to be great. Just keep adjusting, keep adapting," said Harden
He also talked about what his mom talks about when they "hang out" (which they do). "My mom—she hangs out with, like, moms of other players that I don't even talk to," Harden said, amused. He also revealed the perils of eating with a "beard on blind dates."
Harden discussed his love life, his plans for the future with the Rockets with former executive editor, Devin Gordon--all in a distinctly colorful, brilliant style. "So we dressed him in the spring's wildest fashion—say it with us: pink glitter shorts—and had Erin Madigan Heck capture him in all of his colorful, kaleidoscopic glory. Then we sent writer Devin Gordon to ask the candy-loving (he's literally sponsored by a candy company) superstar about a few things."
