Richmond house listing goes viral due to homeowner's art

- It's rare for a house listing to go viral, but one home in Fort Bend County is getting a lot of buzz because of the homeowner's unique taste and desire to showcase her mannequin art.

Sandy, who doesn't want us to use her last name, has lived in the home for 17 years and has her art displayed in nearly every inch of the home's 7,406 square feet. She's moving because she wants to be closer to family, and to build her own studio, but she never imagined how much attention her house would get when it was listed a few days ago.

"There's been over 2 million hits just on HAR, just on this house," says Diana Power, Sandy's realtor.

It seems everyone is fascinated and critical of Sandy's choice to not stage her home for the listing.

"How can they make this judgment on me, well you know, bottom line I'm not here to judge them they want to be haters or I would like to think they just don't understand," Sandy said.

Interested in buying Sandy's home? Unfortunately, the art doesn't come with the house, but if you have $1,275,000, you can purchase the 5 bedroom, 5.5 bath home that's in the Colony West subdivision.
