Seguin Elementary School reopens after Hurricane Harvey

RICHMOND, Texas (FOX 26) - The 2018-2019 class year begins on Wednesday for the Fort Bend Independent School District. For students at Juan Seguin Elementary School in Richmond, it will be their first time returning to the campus since flooding from Hurricane Harvey caused it to be closed indefinitely.
