Free admission at Schlitterbahn for military, first responders until June 3

Schlitterbahn is honoring military members and first responders during “American Heroes Week” with free admission.

From May 28 through June 3, active duty and retired military, police, firefighters and EMTs can receive free admission at Schlitterbahn Waterparks in Texas.

In addition to the free admission, the spouses and dependents of military members and first responders can receive 50 percent off the admission price at the gate.

First responders and military members need to show their military ID or proof of employment at the ticket booths. Spouses and dependents can purchase the discounted tickets at the ticket booth. Spouses of deployed military can present their spouse ID for the discount.

Military members eligible for the offer include active duty, veterans, reservists, and Department of Defense. Police, 9-1-1 operators, sheriffs, border patrol, firefighters and EMTs are also eligible.
