Crimestoppers search for credit card thieves captured on video

                Fort Bend County Crime Stoppers will pay a cash reward for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the perpetrators who made fraudulent/unauthorized purchases in Rosenberg, Missouri City, Houston and Meyerland.  On Sept. 9, 2015, suspects made fraudulent/unauthorized purchases using the victim's Kohl's credit account. Purchases were made at Kohl's stores in Rosenberg, Missouri City and Meyerland.  

The victim's credit card was not skimmed; the suspects provided the store employee with the victim's social security number, which allowed them to make purchases on the Kohl's account. 

There was also a Sam's credit card opened at Sam's Club using the victim's identifying information. (Suspect No. 5 is pictured as she exited the store).   

At least four women and one man are involved.

Video from the Missouri City Kohl's location shows the first suspect as being a black female, medium to heavy build, wearing a purple/black shirt and black pants. Suspect No. 2 is also a black female wearing a brown dress and glasses. She has an average build. Suspects No. 1 and 2 are observed shopping together in the store. Both suspects are observed placing merchandise into the cart and are observed leaving the location with the merchandise.

Video from the Rosenberg Kohl's location shows Suspect No. 3 is a black female with a heavy build, wearing a multi-colored shirt and black jacket. Suspect No. 4 is a black male, heavy build, wearing a brown shirt, glasses and a hat. Suspect No. 4 is observed standing near Suspect No. 3 as she completes the transaction.            

Suspect No. 5 is a black female wearing a black asymmetrical top and medium build. She is seen coming out of a Houston Sam's Club after opening an account with the victim's identifying information.
