The family of one of the Santa Fe shooting victims has filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Dimitrios Pagourtzis' parents. Christopher Stone's parents claim Pagourtzis' parents were negligent in allowing their son access to the pistol and shotgun police said were used in the shootings.

Angelique Ramirez, 15, was one of the ten victims shot and killed at Santa Fe High School. Her youth pastor describes her as a creative, free-spirited, young girl who was always happy and smiling.

Victims of mass shootings met with Governor Greg Abbott at the Texas Capitol today for his third and final roundtable on school safety.

President Trump issued his fourth presidential pardon to late boxer and Galveston native Jack Johnson.

Two former Texans cheerleaders suing the Houston Texans claim they worked for $7.25 an hour, and were forced to work more than 30 hours a week uncompensated for overtime. The women also claim it was a hostile work environment.
